uPCYCLED unusual hand sewn one-of-a-kinD
It's okay if you call them stuffed animals. But my sculptures are not your typical children's toy. Think of them as accent pieces, elements of suprise that add "that special something" to a room.
Each of these soft sculptures is hand sewn and designed without a pattern. The animals and birds begin with a drawing and quickly develop their own unique personalities. Upcycled wool sweaters are felted and sewn, vintage buttons are added for eyes and in time we have an adoptable sculpture.
